Position Details:

Position: Project Manager

Rate: up to $89.00/ hr

Location: Onsite 4x a week in Orlando, FL

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT initiatives within a content personalization and digital experience environment. This individual will be responsible for driving complex projects from initiation through execution, with a strong emphasis on governance, accountability, and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Lead and manage capital requisition efforts, including navigating approval processes that may span multiple months.
  • Establish and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across approximately 10-15 resources from multiple teams.
  • Hold engineering and delivery teams accountable to commitments, milestones, and timelines.
  • Produce clear, executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Manage financial tracking and budgeting for seven-figure projects.
  • Support multiple initiatives concurrently, beyond the initial flagship effort.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Approximately 8-10+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record managing complex, large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong foundation in project management principles; PMP or PMI certification not required.
  • Experience managing significant budgets.
  • Advanced proficiency with JIRA, including dashboards, reporting, and tracking.
  • Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, including two-week release cycles and Kanban-based workflows.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of confidence, organization, and professionalism; able to engage effectively with executives and senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting digital experience, content management, or personalization platforms.
  • Familiarity with project financial tools such as Clarity.
  • Background working in enterprise, highly matrixed environments.
