We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products that transform sales and service operations from reactive to predictive and personalized. You will define product vision, drive roadmap execution, and build scalable AI solutions leveraging modern architectures such as RAG and Agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and AI strategy aligned with business goals
Identify high-impact use cases using AI/ML to improve Sales & Services outcomes
Ensure strong product-market fit balancing business, user, and technical needs
Apply knowledge of RAG vs Agentic RAG and modern AI architectures
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business, engineering, and design teams to deliver AI solutions
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
Drive MVP-based, iterative delivery with continuous feedback loops
Development & Delivery
Lead cross-functional teams (AI/ML, data, engineering, design)
Deliver scalable, secure AI products integrated into customer-facing platforms
Own backlog, PRDs, user stories, and product metrics/KPIs
Innovation
Stay current with AI trends (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud)
Drive continuous improvement and innovation culture
Qualifications
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI systems
5+ years in Agile software development
3+ years as a Product Manager (owning roadmap, vision, backlog)
User Experience & Adoption
Improve adoption through onboarding, feedback, and experimentation
Use data-driven insights to enhance usability and performance
Preferred Skills
Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven products to production
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agent-based systems
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Lean, and human-centered design
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Education Required
Bachelor's Degree
