Key Responsibilities:- Deliver rapid and effective IT support, resolving technical issues for internal users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, focusing on Microsoft Windows 10 and Oracle.
- Manage and prioritize incoming service desk tickets, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Diagnose and address network connectivity, system errors, and application challenges.
- Administer Active Directory accounts and permissions.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to drive operational improvements.
- Document processes to grow and maintain the IT knowledge base.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Communicate clearly with staff, addressing IT concerns with professionalism.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent IT training and certifications.
Minimum of 3-5 years of IT support or service desk experience, preferably in a high-functioning environment.
Proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory management.
Familiarity with Oracle and other enterprise-level software systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
Workplace IT certifications such as 900 or CompTIA+ are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse teams.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
