Role: Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana - Hybrid
work onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote

This position serves as a key link between technology and end-users, assisting healthcare providers, public health staff, and other stakeholders in resolving system-related issues.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data entry, customer service, and attention to detail to maintain clean, reliable health data. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to supporting public health systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality.
Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunization registry.
Utilize data tools and matching algorithms to identify and correct data integrity issues.
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate logs.
Provide guidance to users on best practices for data entry and record management.
Assist in testing system updates and enhancements.
