Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer with expertise in Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, Netscalers, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level Citrix environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, deployment, and support of Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments.
Manage and optimize Netscaler appliances for load balancing and secure access.
Administer Active Directory (AD), including Group Policies, user management, and permissions.
Work on Azure cloud services integration and management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Citrix and Microsoft environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp and Netscaler administration.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows server environments.
Experience with Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud setups.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Metro Atlanta-based candidates preferred.
