Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: Remote

JD:

The ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design Strategy Define and design high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions across modules like HR| ITOM| PPM| CSM| FSM| SIR and SPM.Develop architectural blueprints| standards| and best practices. Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals.
2. Technical Leadership Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation teams. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices. Lead technical design sessions and code reviews.
3. Solution Implementation Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules. Ensure solutions are scalable| reliable| and secure. Lead complex integrations using RESTSOAP APIs| OAuth| SAML| and middleware platforms.
4. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to executives| including CIOs and Coconut workshops| demos| and technical presentations.
5. Governance Compliance Establish governance frameworks for ServiceNow development and deployment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain detailed documentation including design specs| workflows| and technical guidelines.

Required Skills:

Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science| Information Technology| or related field.
7 years of experience in IT| with 3 years in a ServiceNow architect role.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
Strong experience with JavaScript| Glide| Flow Designer| and Integration Hub.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
Excellent communication| leadership| and stakeholder management skills.
