Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to join a global cybersecurity engineering team responsible for building and operating enterprise security services.

This is a hands-on build-and-run engineering role combining AI agent development with backend software engineering, Kubernetes, automation, and cybersecurity. The developer will design AI-powered tooling and agents, develop new security capabilities and integrations, and help improve the resiliency, reliability, and automation of critical security services.

The ideal candidate has strong Python and/or Golang development experience with hands-on AI agent development using technologies such as MCP, A2A, and Vector Databases, along with Kubernetes and microservices experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI agents supporting vulnerability analysis and cyber resiliency

  • 4+ years of development experience in backend, full-stack, and/or AI agent development
  • Strong Python and/or Golang development skills
  • Hands-on AI agent development experience
  • Experience with MCP, A2A and/or Vector Databases
  • Strong understanding of memory and context management for AI agents
  • REST API development
  • Microservices concepts
  • 2+ years of Kubernetes experience

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Work Environment

This position is onsite in Montreal, QC, Canada, and local candidates are required. The engineer will work within a globally distributed build-and-run team and should be comfortable participating in an on-call rotation.
