Location: Merrifield, VA (Onsite)
Position Description:We're looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to lead high-performing Agile development teams and support mission-critical initiatives. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Agile delivery, sprint analytics, and Azure DevOps to guide teams, remove roadblocks, and champion continuous improvement. You'll be a key driver of collaboration, transparency, and execution across the organization.
Qualifications:- 7+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise
- 15+ years overall project environment experience (PM or project team roles)
- Strong Agile delivery leadership and team facilitation skills
- Advanced experience with sprint analytics and Azure DevOps
- Active CSM; SAFe Scrum Master preferred
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Enterprise Security or financial services project experience is a plus
