Job Title: Product Owner IV
Job at a Glance: Senior Product Owner owning a GIS/spatial-data focused roadmap, translating business growth goals into incremental product outcomes— This role is well suited to someone who can rapidly build context, work autonomously, and deliver incremental value that helps identify the best opportunities to expand to the client''s business customers.
Location: 1800 Arch Street Philadelphia Pennsylvania 19103 United States
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $65/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

Serve as the dedicated Product Owner for a Scrum team (PO-only; not a hybrid role), representing users/business and aligning sprint deliveries to stakeholder needs.
Partner with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders to deliver features iteratively (lean/Agile) that support market expansion and opportunity identification.
Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring it’s visible/transparent and optimized for outcomes.
Write/refine user stories and define clear acceptance criteria; accept completed stories based on those criteria.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
Incorporate feedback from sprint demos/reviews into the backlog and upcoming iterations.

Required Skills:

Must have demonstrated experience supporting GIS platforms or similar spatial data tools.
Proven ability to operate in multiteam Agile environments with distributed stakeholders.
Familiarity with HFC and fiber network concepts (telecom, MSO, or GIS domains).
