Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze business requirements, design, develop scalable and reusable software, and maintain existing systems.

• Develop and configure Salesforce components: Lightning Web Components, Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Web Services, Apex Flows, Apex APIs, AppExchange, and deployments.

• Understand, support, and maintain user roles, profiles, sharing access, and security best practices.

• Develop and manage custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Lightning Platform.

• Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns for the Salesforce platform.

• Coordinate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

• Coordinate and/or test and diagnose systems to ensure critical requirements are met, including system interfaces.

• Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems associated with Salesforce applications.

• Ensure developed solutions meet digital accessibility requirements.

• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• 5 years: Experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Web), and JavaScript.

• 5 years: Experience working in a Lightning environment.

• 5 years: Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• 5 years: Proficiency with Salesforce security features.

• 5 years: Experience working with Service Cloud.

• 4 years: Experience working with Salesforce APIs and general connectivity/integration best practices.

• 3 years: Experience working in an Agile environment.

• 1 year: Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

• Agentforce experience.
