Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage end-to-end compliance platform programs leveraging Inovaare, spanning multiple workstreams, releases, and regulatory cycles.
· Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps aligned with regulatory and business outcomes.
· Drive integrated planning across compliance configuration, rule updates, workflow automation, integrations, data ingestion, reporting, and user adoption.
· Ensure compliance platform solutions align with healthcare regulatory requirements, including CMS mandates, HIPAA, PHI handling, data privacy, and audit controls.
· Oversee integrations between Inovaare and upstream/downstream systems such as claims, enrollment, provider data, member systems, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of overall experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience managing compliance or regulatory platform programs (Inovaare preferred).
· Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services), with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance operations.
