Summary

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of AEM solutions, including SPA components, templates, and workflows.
  • Oversee AEM DAM, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments for scalable content reuse.
  • Architect and review Sling Servlets, OSGi services/configurations, schedulers, third-party integrations, and more.
  • Ensure best practices around MSM, Dispatcher, caching, translations, CRX repositories, performance, and SEO.
  • Drive code quality, testing, repository optimization (Oak/Lucene), and URL management standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and conduct code/design reviews.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Cloud Manager, and SonarQube.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in AEM, including integrations and optimizations.
  • Expertise in developing and governing AEM DAM, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and code quality tools like Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring junior team members and leading technical reviews.
