Job Title: SAP EC Payroll Configuration Consultant (2 Positions )

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Configuration Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Employee Central Payroll solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to design and configure payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. The role requires strong expertise in payroll configuration, integration with Employee Central, and supporting end-to-end payroll operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze payroll business processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Perform payroll schema and rule configuration, wage type setup, and payroll processing support.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth Employee Central to Payroll integrations.
• Support payroll testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot payroll configuration issues and provide timely resolution.
• Assist in payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and improve payroll processes.
• Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for payroll configurations, changes, and support procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration.
• Hands-on experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of integration between Employee Central and SAP Payroll systems.
• Experience with payroll testing, defect resolution, and payroll validation processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll operations, and payroll compliance.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in payroll configurations.
• Excellent communication skills to work with HR, payroll, and technical teams.
• Experience with data migration and payroll data validation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations or payroll transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll certification is a plus.
