Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Duck Creek Billing Architect on behalf of our client in Remote (EST time zone).
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in insurance billing solutions, particularly within the Duck Creek ecosystem. This role requires strong architectural capabilities, hands-on configuration experience, and a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Duck Creek Billing solutions
Configure and customize Duck Creek Billing to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy, claims, and integration teams
Design and implement scalable integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Provide technical leadership and best practices for billing workflows, premium processing, and accounts receivable
Ensure alignment with Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience working with Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims)
Strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing configuration, architecture, and implementation
Solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
Hands-on experience with integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs
Experience working with middleware and enterprise integration patterns
Proven experience in Agile and DevOps environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with On-Demand Billing
Strong knowledge of Premium Processing & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members

Additional Information

Candidates must be comfortable working in the EST time zone
