MicroStrategy Developer

We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI solutions. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, create MicroStrategy objects, and optimize reporting performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents

• Design schemas, cubes, and BI objects based on business requirements

• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures

• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Support data pipelines, materialized views, and report refresh processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow SDLC best practices

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of MicroStrategy development experience

• Strong SQL and stored procedures experience

• Experience with dashboards, reports, and performance tuning

• Familiarity with data warehouse environments and Redshift is preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
