Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive who understands the complete sales cycle and knows how to turn prospects into long-term clients. This is a hybrid role based in Novato, CA, combining in-person client meetings with strategic outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Schedule and attend in-person client meetings
  • Present and pitch our services and expertise effectively
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
  • Confident in client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
