Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with force is seeking an IT Project Manager IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
The Fintech engineering organization has a goal to achieve a 3x development productivity, fundamentally transforming how we build software-moving beyond AI-assisted coding to a world of Agent-Driven Development. this represents a significant technical and cultural pivot. The successful TPM must be a systems thinker capable of bridging high-level AI strategy with the necessary architectural "plumbing." This includes coordinating complex, cross-functional and cross-BU programs to execute the operating model transformation.

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional conversations to move the Fintech organization from Level 1 (Chat/Assisted) to Level 4/5 (Orchestration) on the Agentic Maturity Rubric
* Architecture Influence: Partner with architects to ensure Fintech organization services are decoupled and exposed via Model Context Protocol (MCP) so agents can autonomously navigate our domain logic
* The "Dashboard" North Star: Support the delivery and rollout of the Agent-Driven Development Dashboard by Q4, providing leadership with real-time visibility into maturity gains and productivity signals
* Efficiency Gains: Directly support the program's goal of realizing a 2%-5% efficiency gain in the labor budget through systematic adoption of agentic workflows
* High-Stakes Influence: Act as a force-multiplier ensuring information across the org is flowing both in and out of Fintech
* Program Leadership & Coordination: Own the overall execution, cross-functional alignment, and coordination across the entire Mission Team

REQUIREMENTS:
* Program Management Expertise: Proven experience leading large-scale programs that require both technical depth and broad organizational change management
* Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the E2E development lifecycle and the underlying platform capabilities (e.g., Skills platform, Common Intelligence Layer, Agent Teaming & Supervision, Remote Invocation)
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to treat the shift as an operating model transformation, prioritizing learning, rapid iteration, and two-way door decisions over irreversible architectural bets
* Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skill in aligning diverse, cross-functional groups (PD, PM, XD, platform teams, and external vendors) toward a single, measurable outcome
* Data-Driven Focus: Experience defining and using metrics to measure program success, including adoption metrics and engineering productivity outcomes
* Culture and Change: Understanding that sustained acceleration depends on cultural adoption, architectural clarity, and structured enablement
