DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.

• Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Maintain configuration management and version control systems.

• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines (DevSecOps).

• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Bicep).

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).

• Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.

• Knowledge of container security and vulnerability scanning tools.

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
