What you'll do
  • Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing)
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processes
  • Track and manage test reports in the LIM system leveraging electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
  • Provide peer review on test data and lab reports
  • Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personnel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations
  • Apply consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency in managing their incidents
  • Participate in customer presentations and consult them on best-practices applied in the respective field
  • Communicate with and consult AE field roles, KAMs, project teams and customers
  • Lead internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
  • Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer and overall product performance complaints
What makes you a good fit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to analyze data, prepare technical documentation and create customer-facing presentations and reports
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering related field
  • 3 or more years of engineering experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Prior experience working with polymers or adhesive chemistry formulation or performance testing strongly preferred
  • Experience supervising lab personnel, including task delegation, mentoring, workflow coordination, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Willingness to travel several times a year to support customer visits, field trials, product demonstrations, etc.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements

The salary for this role is $90,000.00- $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
