Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote) – DMV Area (Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia)

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexible start time as early as 7:00 AM
  • Occasional travel required for benefit fairs, client meetings, and team events
 
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support employer groups and broker partners within a healthcare insurance environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical claims, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration, along with exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, escalations, and service-related issues while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Insurance experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Medical Claims Processing
    • Eligibility Verification
    • Enrollment Administration
    • Employee Benefits
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employer groups and broker partners.
  • Research, investigate, and resolve issues related to:
    • Medical Claims
    • Eligibility
    • Enrollment
    • Benefits Administration
  • Manage and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to client inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and activities within Salesforce.
  • Ensure service inquiries are addressed within established turnaround times of 24–48 hours.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve client experience.
  • Participate in benefit fairs, client meetings, and team events as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and outstanding customer service.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Luminex (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience supporting employer groups, brokers, or healthcare insurance clients.
