The Icertis Support Executive will be responsible for providing end-to-end application support for the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The role focuses on ensuring seamless contract lifecycle management (CLM) operations, resolving user issues, maintaining system configurations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Incident Management:
Provide L1/L2 support for Icertis CLM platform, including troubleshooting functional issues, resolving incidents, and managing service requests within defined SLAs.
Platform Configuration & Maintenance:
Support configuration of workflows, templates, approval hierarchies, and metadata. Ensure accurate maintenance of contract repository and system data.
User Support & Training:
Act as the primary point of contact for business users. Provide guidance on contract processes, system usage, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with business, legal, procurement, and IT teams. Act as a liaison between end users, technical teams, and Icertis support for issue resolution and enhancements.
Monitoring & SLA Compliance:
Monitor system performance, integrations, and job executions. Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to service-level agreements.
Process Optimization & Enhancements:
Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows, enable automation, and support system enhancements leveraging Icertis capabilities.
Documentation & Governance:
Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base. Ensure compliance with audit, security, and governance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–8 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) support Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform Strong understanding of contract processes, approvals, and compliance Experience in incident management and support operations (ITIL preferred) Familiarity with integrations (ServiceNow, ERP/CRM systems) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications:
Icertis Certified Professional (ICP) or equivalent Icertis Administrator Experience in AI-enabled CLM features (analytics, risk identification)
