Job Description
We are seeking an EPIC Professional Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic Professional Billing (PB) and at-the-elbow end-user support, with a proven ability to optimize revenue cycle workflows and resolve billing issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide at-the-elbow support for Epic PB end users during go-live, upgrades, and stabilization.
- Troubleshoot professional billing workflows, charge capture, claims, and follow-up issues.
- Document defects, enhancement requests, and training needs, and route to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, IT analysts, and operations to implement best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Epic Professional Billing module.
- Proficiency providing at-the-elbow support to clinical and revenue cycle users.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience level: 2+ years supporting Epic PB or similar revenue cycle systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Epic Professional Billing certification.
- Experience with claim edits, remittances, and revenue integrity workflows.
