Overview
Join a leading energy provider s Large Customer Services team as a Senior Training Specialist. In this role, you will be the driving force behind modernizing the onboarding and training experience for Account Managers who handle the firm's largest commercial and industrial clients. Following a major system upgrade, you will help bridge the gap between old processes and new technology by creating high-impact e-learning and instructional materials.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training content, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead the onboarding and training process for all new Account Managers joining the department.
Enhance and maintain the team s SharePoint site to ensure it serves as an accurate, up-to-date repository for all management model documentation.
Modernize outdated training materials to align with the company's new customer information database.
Create diverse learning assets including e-learning modules, instructor guides, student guides, and assessments.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating e-learning content and instructor-led training materials.
Proven expertise using the ADDIE instructional design model.
Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline and SharePoint.
Experience developing Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT).
Bachelor s Degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology.
Previous experience in a corporate utility or large-scale customer service environment.
