Summary

Essential (Required):

5+ years of hands-on AMS360 administration experience
In-depth knowledge of AMS360 system configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting from both administrative and end-user perspectives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and professional demeanor
Experience working in remote environments with multiple desktop configurations (RDP, Azure, AWS)
Professional demeanor on video calls and screen sharing

Carrier Download and IVANS integration
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Microsoft Teams
Zoom
Remote desktop and virtualization tools (RDP, Azure, AWS environments)
