Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead complex technology initiatives within the Corporate & Employee Technology organization, focusing heavily on projects involving Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and integrations with OpenText.
This role requires a seasoned project manager capable of driving delivery end to end within aggressive timelines, navigating ambiguity, coordinating across technical teams, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. The PM will support the Private Link initiative and other related technology modernizations across ECM platforms.
The successful candidate must be able to start quickly with limited onboarding, manage multiple concurrent deliverables, communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, and work comfortably in a hybrid environment.
Core responsibilities:
Lead and deliver complex technology projects with minimal supervision.
Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases in accordance with CIBC standards.
Drive day to day project activities, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and business groups to ensure alignment.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks for assigned projects.
Provide leadership across teams working with OpenText and enterprise content management solutions.
Support ongoing PM needs in the portfolio as a contributor.
Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership.
Coordinate co located and hybrid teams (office presence Tuesday-Thursday).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115.00 - $120.00/hr.
