We are seeking a Marketing Automation Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role involves designing and executing omnichannel customer journeys, managing automation workflows, and ensuring seamless CRM integration to improve engagement, conversions, and lifecycle marketing..
Key Responsibilities
Journey & Campaign Orchestration (Dynamics CIJ / SFMC)
- Build and optimize real-time customer journeys using Dynamics 365 CIJ or SFMC Journey Builder.
- Manage segmentation, triggers, personalization, and event-based automations.
- Create omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push) with consistent branding.
- Configure branching logic, suppression rules, consent management, and journey goals.
- Use Automation Studio / CIJ workflows to automate imports, extracts, and SQL activities.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Develop lifecycle journeys for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and lead nurturing.
- Conduct A/B testing, apply personalization, and optimize campaign performance.
- Work across platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp as needed.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Manage customer segments using unified data models.
- Use SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics for dashboards and insights.
- Improve ROI by identifying performance trends and automating recurring reports.
CRM Integration & Strategy
- Ensure data flow between Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other MarTech tools.
- Support lead scoring, customer profiles, and data unification.
- Enhance journeys using analytics, segmentation, and AI-driven insights.
Required Skills
Primary (Must-Have)
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in journey design, segmentation, personalization, omnichannel execution, and automation workflows.
- Understanding of CRM data structures, customer profiles, and consent management.
Secondary (Good to Have)
- HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp.
- SQL for data segmentation and workflow automation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or AMPscript.
Additional Skills
- Strong analytics experience (Google Analytics, GTM, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
