Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce delivery expertise and a proven track record of leading business analysis efforts in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will serve as a client-facing functional lead, driving requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience supporting Salesforce implementations and delivery projects in Agile environments.
  • Proven experience as a client-facing functional lead managing and mentoring Business Analysts.
  • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data migration activities.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
  • Salesforce Administration and/or configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting healthcare or health-related business processes.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and structured requirements-gathering sessions.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-based solutions.

Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Support integration, data migration, and system enhancement initiatives.

Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
