Hi Professionals,

Title: Onspring GRC Platform Consultant

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Onspring for GRC use cases: risk, compliance, policy, audit, vendor risk, and incidents.
Build no-code/low-code workflows, forms, rules, dashboards, and reports.
Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Onspring solutions.
Support integrations/APIs with systems such as Microsoft 365.
Troubleshoot, enhance, and provide ongoing platform support.
Document configurations and workflows for maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on Onspring configuration/development experience — mandatory.
Experience with low-code/no-code automation and workflow design.
Strong understanding of GRC processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Strong client/stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

Healthcare/health plan industry experience.
Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or MetricStream.
