Summary

Required Qualifications:

Define end-to-end PLM data migration architecture for enterprise transformation programs with Siemens Teamcenter as the target platform
12+ years of experience in PLM implementations with strong expertise in data migration and Siemens Teamcenter
Proven experience leading large-scale PLM data migrations such as Agile PLM to Teamcenter and multi-instance consolidations
Translate business, engineering, and IT data requirements into migration strategies and transformation rules
Design scalable and repeatable migration approaches including migration factories, automation, and rule-driven transformations
Define and enforce data quality, reconciliation, validation, dry runs, cutover readiness, and rollback planning strategies
Work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure continuity of the digital thread post migration

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading end-to-end Teamcenter transformation and migration programs
Siemens Teamcenter certifications preferred
Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech
Experience working with US-based enterprise clients in regulated or multi-site environments
