Client is seeking a senior SAP IBP Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Demand Planning (DP) and Inventory Optimization (IO) for a high-impact redesign engagement. The client already heavily utilizes these modules and is re-architecting sophisticated workflows. This is a hands-on role for a day-one-productive expert who can navigate complex requirements and lead the redesign end-to-end, bridging technical architecture and strategic supply chain management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Architect and configure SAP IBP-DP and IBP-IO modules end-to-end.
• Design complex statistical forecasting models, ABC/XYZ segmentation, outlier correction, and Demand Sensing frameworks.
• Implement multi-stage safety stock optimization engines across global supply networks.
• Map data pipelines and integration strategies via CI-DS / CPI-DS / RTI with S/4HANA.
• Translate executive business requirements into highly scalable technical roadmaps.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience, with 3+ years explicitly leading enterprise-scale SAP IBP implementations.
• Hands-on mastery of IBP Planning Areas, Attributes, Master Data Types, and complex Key Figures for both DP and IO.
• Deep understanding of multi-echelon inventory theory, safety stock calculation, and statistical forecasting.
• Proven track record with CI-DS, CPI-DS, or CPI-based data integration.
