Summary

Job Title: Tapestry Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and validating member eligibility within the Epic Tapestry system, ensuring accurate enrollment, coverage, and data integrity. Supports operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and validate member eligibility and enrollment data
Analyze eligibility discrepancies and resolve issues
Support configuration and updates within Epic Tapestry
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate benefit coverage
Generate reports and monitor eligibility trends
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field
Experience with eligibility processes in payer systems (Tapestry preferred)
Strong analytical and data validation skills
Knowledge of healthcare insurance and enrollment workflows
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
