Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple communication channels (phone, digital platforms, etc.)
- Manage and resolve customer cases from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Provide support for service-related concerns, product inquiries, and brand-related requests
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting related to vehicle features, connectivity, mobile apps, and infotainment systems
- Collaborate with internal teams, field personnel, and partner locations to resolve complex issues
- Document all interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems
- Participate in quality reviews and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, response times, and case resolution
- Support escalations and provide insights into root causes and corrective actions
- Contribute to a team culture centered on delivering a premium, customer-first experience
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (luxury or high-touch environment preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools (CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Reliable work history with demonstrated tenure

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
