Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT PROJECT MANAGER (IT)- III-RECRUITED

Position: Project Manager

Location: Brighton, MA

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle: discovery, planning, budgeting, execution, governance, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocations.
  • Manage vendor integration, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with internal development teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee the health of the Salesforce development lifecycle across 11 departments.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams; recommend and implement solutions to evolving challenges.
  • Evaluate project metrics, effectiveness, and prepare accurate, timely reporting (including ad hoc reports).
  • Partner with steering and executive committees for decision-making, change management, and communication.
  • Advise departments on post-project operations and deliver training to staff and clients.

Required Experience
  • Proven track record delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities.
  • Strong background in higher education or similarly structured organizations preferred.
  • Skilled in vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, and executive reporting.
  • Local candidates required due to weekly onsite presence at HBS Allston campus.
