Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer with Agentic AI expertise to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions for State Government business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable UiPath automations, integrating AI-powered capabilities, and developing intelligent automation solutions using the latest UiPath platform features, including Agentic AI, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.
Develop attended, unattended, and scheduled bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
Implement enterprise-grade exception handling, logging, monitoring, and auditing.
Create reusable automation components, frameworks, and shared libraries.
Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, SQL databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize bot efficiency.
Develop technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and support documentation.
Support digital transformation initiatives through intelligent automation technologies

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software development or automation experience.
5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
Strong experience with UiPath Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Experience developing attended, unattended, and enterprise automation solutions.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, and system integrations.
Experience with OCR technologies and Intelligent Document Processing.
Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI services.
Knowledge of AI Center, Document Understanding, Action Center, and Communications Mining.
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
