We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems to support a large-scale enterprise system modernization initiative. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of integrated technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in business analysis, enterprise systems environments, and supporting system implementation efforts within Agile teams. This initiative supports healthcare program systems modernization. This position is 100% onsite in Austin, TX and requires candidates to currently reside in the Austin metro area.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs to support enterprise application development and enhancements.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams including architecture, development, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts such as requirements documentation, test cases, technical specifications, and traceability matrices.
- Support system implementation activities including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness.
- Identify risks, analyze system issues, and help develop solutions to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support project execution and system integration.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and enterprise architecture standards.
qualifications:
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing detailed business and technical requirements.
- Strong business systems analysis skills with the ability to evaluate processes and recommend technology solutions.
- Experience creating and maintaining project artifacts including requirements documentation, test cases, and technical specifications.
- Experience supporting system implementation activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required.
