The manager would highly prefer a resource with Oil, Gas, Energy domain experience.

Oil & Gas / Energy / Refining / Industrial domain experience is REQUIRED.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience and a proven background in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, or Industrial domain.
The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and driving continuous improvement and value delivery.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of Scrum Master / Agile experience
- Mandatory Oil & Gas / Energy / Refining domain experience
- Strong Scrum and/or Kanban experience
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams
- Experience with scaled Agile / SAFe / Teams-of-Teams environments
- Hands-on experience with PI Planning
- Strong Jira experience
- Agile transformation experience
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and workshops
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Product Owners, delivery teams, vendors, and leadership
- Strong conflict resolution and facilitation skills
- Change management experience
- Continuous improvement and Agile coaching experience
- Experience using metrics and data to improve team performance
- Experience working with distributed teams
Preferred / Plus
Experience with SAP, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Analytics, SCADA, Operational Technology (OT), enterprise modernization, or digital transformation programs is a plus.
