Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience to support strategic initiatives at Palo Alto Networks. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, particularly focusing on integration planning, execution, and post-merger activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage M&A integration projects from planning to execution
Coordinate across business, IT, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth integration
Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Identify risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution
Support post-merger integration activities, including systems, processes, and operations
Communicate progress and updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience as a Project Manager in M&A environments
Proven experience in integration planning and execution
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise environments
