Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative enterprise design team focused on delivering high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, enterprise application design, user research, and end-to-end UX processes.

Required Skills:

Strong UI/UX design experience in enterprise applications
Expert-level Figma skills, including design systems, components, and prototyping
Experience with wireframes, personas, journey maps, IA flows, and user research
Ability to create low, mid, and high-fidelity designs
Strong understanding of UX best practices and design operations
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with strong collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with fleet management, logistics, mapping, fintech, airlines, or related industries
Knowledge of enterprise mobile applications
UX generalist background preferred
