Key requirements

Experience: 8+ years
Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, with two or more completed implementations preferred.
Ability to lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live support.
Strong experience facilitating client workshops, managing functional workstreams, and coordinating with integration, reporting, and technical teams.
Valid US work authorization and knowledge of relevant US HR processes and regulations.
Oracle HCM certification and exposure to Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, HCM Security, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI are preferred.
