Position: SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting Specialist

A SuccessFactors Story Reporting Specialist designs, builds, and maintains interactive, presentation-style HR dashboards and reports within the People Analytics framework. They transform complex, cross-module HR data (Employee Central, PM/ GM/ COMP/ ONB/ RCM/ LMS) into actionable visualizations (charts, tables) to drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Report Development: Create and optimize interactive "Story" reports using charts, graphs, tables, and calculated columns.
Data Modeling: Utilize Query Designer to join data schemas across various SuccessFactors modules.
Data Visualization: Design intuitive, user-friendly dashboards to present HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount) to stakeholders.
Technical Support: Utilize the Admin Center Check Tool to troubleshoot and optimize story performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically People Analytics/Story Reporting.
Data Skills: Ability to define measures, dimensions, and formulas.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in data visualization best practices.
Experience: Generally requires 3-5 years in implementation or reporting, with knowledge of RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
