Role: IAM Architect- HPR

Location: ANY LPL Hub (Fort Mill SC, San Diego CA, Austin TX, Tempe Arizona, NYC, Boston MA)

Type: 12+ month contract

Preferred is Fort Mill.

M&A experience is a must + Entra + Ping. All platforms will be in place a key role after merger.

Entra Tenant Consolidation is a good to have experience if done part of a M&A activity.

Critical is Workforce.

This person will do IAM architecture and work with Implementation team closely.

Like to have this individual join by first week of March.

Highlights:

Proven IAM architect experience in M&A environments — has led identity discovery, coexistence, or integration between two organizations (not just steady-state IAM).
Deep Microsoft Entra ID architecture ownership — tenant design, conditional access, MFA, cross-tenant federation, or tenant consolidation.
Hands-on federation expertise (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) — has designed and implemented SSO between multiple domains or organizations.
Experience integrating or governing SailPoint (IIQ or ISC) — identity lifecycle, access governance, or IGA architecture involvement.
IAM platform integration background — connecting Entra, SailPoint, Ping/Auth0, PAM (CyberArk/Delinea), directories, and applications.
Directory services depth — Active Directory / LDAP architecture, sync, trust relationships, or hybrid identity design.
Identity migration or conversion leadership — moved users, roles, groups, or policies between IAM environments with minimal disruption.
Ability to translate business/security needs into IAM architecture — produced target-state designs, blueprints, or IAM strategy documents.
Cross-functional IAM leadership — partnered with security, infrastructure, app teams, and business stakeholders during identity initiatives.
Regulated industry exposure (financial services preferred) — familiarity with access controls, auditability, and compliance expectations (e.g., FINRA/SEC).
