Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Onsite)
Role Overview
This role involves coordinating customer scheduling, providing frontline telephone technical support, and triaging calls and schedule changes. The position is centered within the Corporate Technical Service Call Center and requires partnership with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer scheduling through outbound calls.
- Partner with other departments to triage calls and manage schedule changes.
- Provide frontline telephone technical support through the Corporate Technical Service Call Center.
- Answer basic technical questions on equipment installation, product application, and cleaning or sanitation problems.
- Perform basic programming and chemical calibrations on automated controllers.
- Develop a basic knowledge of pool pumps, filters, and circulation systems.
- Develop technical knowledge of available dispensing equipment and dishmachine parts to make part recommendations.
- Communicate with Technical Service staff on part number or equipment specification changes.
- Develop a basic knowledge of proprietary and commercially available software systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education: A two-year degree, typically in a related field, is required.
Experience: One or more years of work experience in a mechanical/electrical trade or a technical service call center is required.
