Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring system functionality, and supporting integrations across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with vendors, subject matter experts, and technical peers to design effective solutions using organizational technologies.
Perform system configuration and development tasks independently or in collaboration with team members.
Conduct thorough functional testing and data validation to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
Support system integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow efficiency.
Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system flows, data models, and user guides.
Resolve internal user issues reported through the help desk in a timely manner.
Take ownership of assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
Identify risks and implement solutions while escalating complex challenges as needed.
Provide occasional guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in roles such as Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or QA Analyst.
Proficiency in enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, and Google Workspace.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or Domo.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflow development, and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
Exceptional communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
