Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Engineer to support and manage enterprise vendor applications, perform system configurations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application support, Windows server environments, deployments, incident management, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support business-critical vendor applications and packaged solutions.
Configure, maintain, and administer application environments.
Perform deployments, incident resolution, and operational support activities.
Monitor and troubleshoot Windows server and network-related issues.
Work closely with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve production incidents.
Support Formscape templates and Drools rule-engine configurations.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, system availability, and performance standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
Required Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Operations Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals.
Experience with configuration management and vendor-supported applications.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Drools Rules Engine.
Experience with Formscape document/template management tools.
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Batch, Python, etc.).
Nice to Have
ITIL-based support experience.
Exposure to monitoring and ticketing tools.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a 24x7 environment.
