Role: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid)

Preferred Level: Lead I / Lead II - Business Analysis or equivalent, depending on experience.
Experience 5+ Years (Salesforce Business Analysis experience preferred)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, business users, Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. 
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, and business process analysis. 
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven improvements. 
• Work with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable and efficient solutions. 
  Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps, gap analysis documents, and data mapping documents. 
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. 
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, demonstrations, and solution validations. 
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure business sign-off. 
• Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements. 
• Support data migration, integration, reporting, and dashboard requirements. 
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements. 
• Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reports & Dashboards: Salesforce Security Model, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flow, AppExchange Solutions, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Analysis, User Story Creation, Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Functional Documentation, Stakeholder Management, UAT Coordination, Change Management 
• Tools & Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Visio / Lucidchart, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Business Analyst Certification 
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud Healthcare/Payer domain experience preferred 
• Experience working with distributed on-site/offshore teams

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
