Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support our client's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting end-to-end FP&A processes, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, and reporting findings to leadership. This role involves close collaboration with operations to improve work processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform process mapping and conduct time-motion studies to identify opportunities for work process improvements.
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma reviews to map current states, identify non-value adds (NVA), process gaps, and redundancies.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for deploying process improvement initiatives.
- Document end-to-end FP&A processes, creating and maintaining documentation in ARIS.
- Develop and maintain scorecards and other tools to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
- Create and periodically review metrics to capture operational performance.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on business process analysis and improvement tools.
- Facilitate workshops for managers focused on critical thinking and business process design.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in Process Mapping, Process Improvement, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ARIS, MS Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates located in San Antonio are preferred.
- Experience reporting opportunities to leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $42.00 and $50.00 per hour. A benefits package is available to eligible employees.
