Rates: Negotiable: On W2 Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies, frameworks, and design patterns, contributing to the development of innovative solutions. This role involves hands-on development across multiple technology stacks, including Java and Postgres, and encompasses all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, from analysis and development to unit testing and deployment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional participant experience for Workplace Solutions.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain software solutions using Java and Postgres.
- Perform all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, development, unit testing, and deployment.
- Write and maintain REST APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain the Communications Platform and Event Streaming Platform.
- Deploy applications on external cloud platforms and build new features and capabilities.
- Focus on automation and improving the participant experience.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Java, REST APIs, and web services.
- Understanding and/or experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, uDeploy, and KOMPASS.
- Proven experience in writing REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Creative, innovative, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for agile team collaboration.

Pay Range: $60-$70/Hr on W2 (Negotiable based on experience) The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
