We are seeking a Workday Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead Analyst to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative. This role will serve as the functional lead for Talent Acquisition processes within Workday, partnering closely with HR and TA leadership to design, configure, and optimize hiring workflows and candidate lifecycle processes.

The TA Lead will ensure that Workday recruiting capabilities support scalable, efficient hiring practices while aligning with global HR standards and governance.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional lead for Talent Acquisition processes within Workday.
  • Partner with HR and TA leadership to design and optimize end-to-end hiring workflows.
  • Lead configuration and enhancements related to:
  • Job requisition management
  • Candidate lifecycle management
  • Interview and selection workflows
  • Offer creation and approvals
  • Hiring and onboarding handoffs
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and configuration workshops with HR and TA stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between TA processes and global HR standards and governance.
  • Work closely with system integrators and technical teams to review and validate configuration.
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Workday analysts supporting Talent Acquisition functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and recruiter efficiency through platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Workday Recruit Certification required MUST
  • 6 10+ years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition processes within Workday.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and TA operations.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing Workday features related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Workday environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
