OverviewAt TEKsystems we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support high-priority, enterprise-level initiatives with a local credit union. In this influential role, you will work closely with the Enterprise Project Management Department Manager and Executive Leadership Team to drive medium- and high-complexity projects that directly support organizational strategic objectives. This position plays a key role in shaping and maturing the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), including developing processes, procedures, and long-term strategies. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor business leaders managing their own projects, and ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of all assigned initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide, medium to high-complexity projects with significant impact across business units.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop enterprise project strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize project management best practices, requirements gathering, and solution analysis to drive successful outcomes.
- Support development and implementation of EPMO processes, structure, and roadmap.
- Mentor department leaders on project management framework, prioritization, and defining project objectives and requirements.
- Provide strong leadership, direction, and motivation to cross-functional project teams.
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Top Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years leading large, complex, and technology-driven projects.
- Strong experience with project management tools for scheduling, resource planning, dependency management, and risk tracking; Smartsheet preferred.
- Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry and proven expertise managing technology-enabled business initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Organizational Change Management frameworks.
- Understanding of process improvement; Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen related to project budgets and forecasting.
- PMP certification preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
