Notes:
- Lead position is Supervisory where Ops report to you
- Oversee day to day triage of incident, etc.
- 80% supervision, SLA, etc.
- Expected to be a working supervisor - train people in process and procedures, if someone out sick, expected to step in themselves.
- 20% hands on
- Want someone who has depth of exp, more seasoned. 10 years as a pure network engineer ok.
- Education/Certs - open, not required
- Far more interested in experience
- Want someone inquisitive, explore to more
